– Uitwerken van bouwaanvraagdossiers en uitvoeringsplannen.
– Mee vormgeven aan ontwerpen en conceptontwikkeling.
– Opvolging van werven en communicatie met klanten, studiebureaus en aannemers.
– Nauw samenwerken met de zaakvoerder binnen een kleinschalige, kwaliteitsgerichte werking.
Profiel:
– Je bent (interieur)architect met afgeronde stage.
– Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en met oog voor detail.
– Vlotte beheersing van AutoCAD en SketchUp.
– Kennis van renderprogramma’s (V-Ray, Enscape, Blender, etc.) is een plus.
– Affiniteit met hoogwaardige residentiële architectuur.
– Communicatie in Nederlands of Engels mogelijk.

We are looking for a (interior) architect to support our team, focusing on design development and project execution.
Your role:
– Preparing planning applications and detailed construction drawings.
– Contributing to concept design and ongoing design development.
– Overseeing site works and liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants.
– Collaborating closely with the principal architect in a small, quality-driven studio.
Profile:
– Qualified (interior) architect with completed professional internship.
– Precise, independent, and detail-oriented approach.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
– Rendering skills (e.g. V-Ray, Enscape) are a plus.
– Affinity for refined, contemporary residential architecture.
– Communication in either Dutch or English is possible.
