Restoration project leader B-juxta

B-juxta, B’s division specialising in restoration projects, is seeking a project leader with a minimum of five years’ experience. While the majority of our B-juxta architects are based in Ghent, we welcome applications from architects who wish to be based in Antwerp or Brussels. You will be working on high-quality architectural projects ranging in scale from 2,000 m² to 20,000 m².

Role

• Oversee a variety of projects from the design phase through to construction completion

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients and contractors

• Lead a small project team (2–3 colleagues), ensuring smooth communication, efficient planning and budget control throughout

Profile

• Qualified architect or architect-engineer with a strong affinity for high-quality architectural work

• Strong design skills and a genuine passion for architecture and restoration

• Keen to help shape B-juxta in dialogue with fellow B-teams, building bridges across disciplines and projects

• A background or qualification in heritage conservation is an asset (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience

• Collaborative team player with strong organisational and communication skills
