Project leader B-juxta

B‐juxta is currently looking for a project leader with 5+ years of experience to join their team in Ghent. B-juxta is the B-division specialising in restoration projects.

Role

• You will follow up on a variety of projects (2.000 m² ‐ 20.000 m²), from the design phase until the finishing of the construction
• You are responsible for the communication and coordination with clients and contractors
• You manage a small team of co‐workers (2 ‐ 3 people) and follow up on the projects in terms of communication, planning and budget control

Profile

• Architect or architect‐engineer, with an affinity for qualitative architectural projects
• A degree in heritage, or equivalent through experience, is a plus
• Minimum experience of 5 years
• Team player

Software

• Autocad
• Microsoft Office
• Adobe Suite
• Sketchup
• Knowledge of Revit is an extra asset

Languages

• Dutch
• French
• English

Start date: as soon as possible
